With Your Future Mindful, you'll have the tools and resources you need to make your next steps unforgettable.
Combining the best of both Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), the 8 week course is a fully supported introduction to mindfulness, to start of your journey to a more happy, resilient and loving you.
When: Weekly (Mondays and Wednesdays)
Time: 7.30-9pm
Where: Zoom or in person
Cost: £75 (Limited time whilst completing training)
The courses run with a maximum of 12 people.
Each session is a mix of guided meditation, sharing of poems and stories, together with enquiry, which is the process of engaging with what arises in our experience, encouraging exploration of thoughts, emotions and sensations without judgement or preconceived notions. Each meditation is recorded live and shared after the session for your own home practice.
